At The Bread Next Door we design fine food products out of local resources available in abundance: handmade sourdough breads with natural yeast fermentation, granola made out of spent grains, artisanal jams crafted out of rescued fruits. By making the best out of these beautiful resources, we want to raise awareness about natural abundance and help to create circular food economies. Crafted by a ballerina these exclusive products are executed in small batches daily, gracefully and in balance.
