Preserving is a fantastic way to longer shelflive of beautiful fruits.
“Gem in a Jar” range was created in Singapore by collecting fruits about to be wasted, because not looking good enough or in surplus.
Numerous jams recipes have been tested (and tasted!) according to treasures rescued dayly such as Rosella, Soursop, Jackfruit or Kakis.
With classic French flair and inspiration of the day, these jams pairs exquisite flavors and are cooked in a copper and in small batches.
